REBUILD

Integrating immigrants through ICT-based solutions

DEN is in charge of the impact assessment of the REBUILD  project and supported the co-design of its socio-technical outputs. REBUILD aims at improving migrants and refugees’ inclusion through the provision of a toolbox of ICT-based solutions. This will enhance both the effectiveness of the services provided by local public institutions and the life quality of the migrants. The project follows a user-centred and participatory design approach, aiming at properly addressing real target users’ needs, ethical and cross-cultural dimensions, and at monitoring and validating the socio-economic impact of the proposed solution.

The project has received funding from the European Union’s Horizon 2020 research and innovation programme under grant agreement No 822215.

Project duration: 1 January 2019 – January 2022
